Autistic individuals with speech limitations
TEfA is shaped by our autistic clients, with speech limitations, who have helped us to develop our understanding and diversify our skill-sets. We are delighted to support them with projects like, ‘The Drop’ magazine where they connect and collaborate to produce a termly magazine. Read them now by clicking on the magazine images.
We work closely with Unlocking Voices, a parent-led organisation in the UK who have been supporting families since 2013. They provide a wealth of free information via their Facebook group to help families get started and connect with other families. In the UK they launched an initiative to provide new families with free stencil sets and provide financial assistance to families who need support. With Unlocking Voices, we also hosted our first UK conference in June 2023; you can watch it here.
