Ellie Edwards-Mann

Ellie is a dedicated RPM provider with a Linguistic Degree (BA HONs). She has always had an interest in specialist education which grew stronger when she was able to observe Alex’s sessions.  “Observing these initial sessions opened my eyes to what autism education could like and I felt passionately about pursuing further training”.

From here, Ellie embarked on her training, including a year-long mentorship programme with Alex. During this time, she worked with multiple students, attended group training sessions and ultimately built her theoretical knowledge and practical implementation skills. This enabled her to start offering formal sessions in her local area.

Upon her successful completion of the mentorship, she started to work more closely with Alex and was invited to join TEfA. Currently, Ellie plays a pivotal role at TEfA,  liaising with new families and delivering the Enrolment programme services. In this capacity she works 1:1 with students, meeting them wherever they are at to accommodate their needs and provide access to meaningful learning opportunities. Significantly, she empowers parents to develop their own skill-set which is key to our company values and missions.
